DX scanning happens on main thread

Prismatik scans for DX processes on the main thread, which may block color grabbing for noticeable amounts of time (at least when logging is enabled)

Move this logic to a background thread, or move the entire grabbing logic to a background thread

While in game (Dying Light in this case) I DO get the hangs again.. While desktop works flawlessly.
