Only 21/65 LEDs work on Skydimo LEDs

I have Skydimo LEDs that come with horrible software so i wanted to use prismatik but after configuring everything, only 17 LEDs that are on the left side and 4 on the top work.
I would really like to use prismatik because the 21 leds that work are really nice.
