"select a service id" dialog when trying to save all

The Save All shortcut (ctrl+shift+s) seems to bee overridden by "select a service id to insert" dialog.

Can the insert service id dialog shortcut be moved to ctrl+alt+s, which seems to be free?
It would be really practical to be able to save all by a shortcut.

I would ask for the same or at least no overriding at launch, because even if I unbind the "select a service id to insert" it rebinds itself after a restart, overriding my custom keys.
