ZHA: Change the device name

Change the device name.

• The minimum name length is 3 characters.
• The maximum name length is 23 characters.

1. Enter a new name and use "Write attribute".
2. To check the entry, use "Read attribute".
3. Restart Home Assistant.

Changing the device name does not affect other settings or past graph data. In Zigbee, binding is done from the MAC device.
