This PR refactors coverage collection for auditwheel integration tests to be more selective. Instead of enabling coverage for all commands executed in containers via a fixture-level environment variable, coverage is now only enabled for specific auditwheel commands (show and repair) that are actually being tested.

• Coverage is now opt-in per command via a coverage parameter
• The QEMU check for disabling coverage is moved from the fixture to the execution layer
• Reduces overhead by avoiding coverage collection for non-auditwheel commands
