Bumps the support package revisions for iOS. This includes:

  • Python 3.13.5
  • Python 3.14.0rc1

There are three notable bug fixes in these updates:

  • Changes ensuring that the packages directory in the testbed is treated as a site-packages folder
  • Inclusion of iOS shims for strip
  • Corrections to the handling of sysconfig.get_paths() on Python 3.14

Fixes #2494.
