filtering by classifier includes projects without that classifier

Describe the bug
If I

• Search for "cms"
• add a filter for the classifier "FRAMEWORK :: JUPYTER :: JUPYTERLAB :: EXTENSIONS"

Then I get 406 results, the top one being cms-bluebutton-sdk, but if I click through to that project I find that it does NOT have that classifier.

Expected behavior
That project (and others that don't have the classifier) should not be included in the search results

Thanks for the report. It does appear something is broken when combining classifiers with search keywords (it doesn't matter what classifier it is, you get the same results: https://pypi.org/search/?q=cms&o=&c=Natural+Language+%3A%3A+Afrikaans)
