File.added_late already exists (warehouse/packaging/models.py) and is used to warn users that a file was uploaded more than maximum_age_for_new_uploads_days after the first file in its release. It's currently surfaced in two places:
warehouse/templates/includes/file-details.html — a callout-block--warning on the individual file detail tabwarehouse/templates/includes/packaging/project-files.html — a warning icon next to the upload date in the Files tab table
However, the release history timeline (warehouse/templates/includes/packaging/project-release-history.html) shows no indication that a release contains a late-added file.
