Filter by classifier should allow ANY of the classifiers

Describe the bug
While searching by keyword it's not possible to retrieve packages that satisfy one of the multiple selected filters within the category.

Expected behavior
Expected search to return packages that satisfy any/or both of selected filters.

To Reproduce

• Search for "yaml"
• Pick filter: "Development Status"
• Check "5 - Production/Stable"
• Check "6 - Mature"

Expected (at this point of time):

• at least 525 results
• at most 527 results
  (525 Production/Stable and 2 Matures)

When the filters were developed, did anybody actually test it? The idea that a filter like 'development status' with multiple items checked should use an AND operation is ludicrous.

I ran into this same problem today. When trying to filter for a development status of 4, 5, or 6 I received 0 results. It took me some time to realize that I needed to filter for each development status separately. Hoping this comment gives this issue a small bump.

Also thought I would add, if changing the search behavior is not feasible can the multiselect for development status be converted into a single select? That would at least visually tell the user to search one at a time.
