`--quiet --junitxml` should not print out the path to the XML file

When I run

>pytest --quiet --junitxml=TEST-result.xml

--quiet should suppress the "generated xml file" message

This is a duplicate of #13681 for the most part, but agreed that the message should be turned off by -q in any case.
