Review Sphinx 1.5 的翻譯

剛剛收到 sphinx 團隊在 Transifex 上的通知，即將要有 Sphinx 1.4 版。在這之前，我希望能把 Sphinx 繁體中文的翻譯做完整。不然等到下一版更新又是一年多的事。

目前需要有人來 review 我翻的結果。

另外，我打算把所有半形標點符號改成全形（目前像這樣），想聽一下大家的建議。

Update on this. Sphinx 1.4 has been released but the locale translation for zh_TW and zh_Hant_TW have not been updated.

We need to open an issue on Sphinx repo

Just reached 100% translation progress today. Looking for reviewers.

Update on this. Sphinx 1.5 will be released soon and all locales on the Transifex project will be included. That means both zh_Hant and zh_TW will be included. I will reply on the Sphinx Google forum later.
