Blue rectangle (selection) in world map does not consistently resize central content

In the current version, it is possible to move the blue rectangle in the "world map" to select a different part of the trace.

It is also possible to resize that rectangle, to change the zoom level of the central content pane (table). However, the top row (table headers) does not get resized in that case. If resizing is allowed, all rows should be resized together.

The current implementation also automatically fits the world map into the window, which may be sub-optimal for very large traces.
However, to fix that issue, a reimplementation of that view would be needed.
Therefore, we postpone this fix until after GSoC 2017.
