Add channel for rubocop 1.31.0 #323
Description
rubocop/rubocop just released version 1.31.0.
We would like our projects with also use CodeClimate stay up to date with this, but it looks like the 1.31.0 channel has not been made available yet according to the channel list.

Hey @vietqhoang to stay up to date you could use the
betachannel which is already pointing atrubocop 1.31.0. We aim to always have beta pointing at rubocop's latest version. Might this alternative be useful for your use case ?vietqhoang commentedon Jun 27, 2022
Hi @fede-moya. Thanks for the recommendation on using the
betachannel. We'll give it a try and see if it unblocks us from adopting 1.31.0. Ultimately we would like to have the channel version listed in our configs to be explicit for clarity: ensure versions are locked and communicate intent to others working in our codebase.f-moya commentedon Jun 27, 2022
