[question] where to find the latest releases?

Hello!

I was wondering how to find the latest releases of the operator code, here in GitHub the latest release available is 3.7.10, but on OperatorHub the latest one is 3.13.4.

I was trying to build 3.13.4 for ARM locally but it seems that there are no tags available for the latest versions nor information on which commit was the released made at that I could find to be sue that I'm building at the right commit.

I also tried joining the IRC channel on freenode that the contributing docs and readme suggest but there's nobody there. There's no much activity in the mailing list linked there either.
