seq_linter missing from release package

The seq_linter seems to missing from the 1.0.2 package, even though it's been present in the repo for almost two years. Is there a reason why it's been excluded, or is this an oversight?

Hi @jimhester, am I safe to re-enable thr seq_linter, or is there a downside I've overlooked?

I think we should add the seq_linter to the defaults
