Add Posit ROR

Need some tool to update our existing DESCRIPTIONS files and a bullet to do this on our next spring cleaning

We need exactly this for ropensci. Maybe we can write a little script to add update all DESCRIPTIONS. @maelle @noamross

Would a PR to {desc} adding ROR support be welcome? We had done this for ORCID: r-lib/desc@0ae0017 It'd be useful for then writing a script.

In #2119 we added a tidyverse upkeep bullet about this and expanded is_posit_person_canonical() helper to catch missing or incorrect ROR for Posit.

There is still scope for writing a little helper, I suppose. But we've never done this for shepherding the Posit entry in Authors@R. We've always just let this be manual, with nudging from tidy upkeep bullets.
