`use_air()` should set `formatOnSave` for Quarto too

So that saving formats qmd files as well.

So, for R, use_air() also sets editor.defaultFormatter to "Posit.air-vscode".

I have 2 questions:

• Why do the Air docs on use with Positron and VS Code not mention editor.defaultFormatter? They only talk about editor.formatOnSave.
• Should use_air() also set editor.defaultFormatter for quarto?

@DavisVaughan and I just chatted. Air docs will show editor.defaultFormatter now and yes I will also set editor.defaultFormatter for Quarto to "quarto.quarto".
