Fix XML doc for AmqpTcpEndpoint

It was missing <remarks>, making it to:

• not appear in online API doc
• not appear in Visual Studio's Quick Info
• get messed up in JetBrains Rider's Quick Documentation

I also added a <see> for System.Uri.
