AutorecoveringConnection uses ContinuationTimeout from ConnectionFactory

Proposed Changes

This is to address issue #821. ContinuationTimeout set on Connection Factory was ignored if AutomaticRecoveryEnabled was set to true. Exact same behavior is already implemented for non-auto recovery connection:
