Since
4.0, AMQP 1.0 has been a core protocol that is always enabled, andrabbitmq_amqp1_0has existed only as a no-op placeholder so that deployment tooling with the plugin inenabled_pluginswouldn't fail. That backwards-compatibility shim is no longer needed going into5.0, so this PR removes it.Installations that still list
rabbitmq_amqp1_0in their enabled plugins file should remove it before upgrading to5.0, orrabbitmq-pluginswill print aWARNING - plugins currently enabled but missingwarning. Seerelease-notes/5.0.0.mdfor the breaking change note.
