Searching for "#abc" does not find documents with tags with "abc"

Describe the bug
Say, I have the tags #coffee-gear and #coffee-making, and I want to find all bookmarks with coffee- in the tag, #coffee- finds nothing.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://app.raindrop.io/
2. Click in teh "Search" field
3. Type "#coffee-", press esc to close suggestions.
4. See nothing found.

Expected behavior
Typing "#coffee-" should find all documents with the tags #coffee-gear and #coffee-making (and other tags staring with "coffee-")
