Validate CRD charts generated by scripts have matching main chart version

Followup to https://github.com/rancher/charts-build-scripts/issues/1.

On a `make validate` after running the equivalent of `make charts`, we should check whether every CRD chart that was generated by the preparation of charts has a corresponding main chart version.
