Removed DFS_IMAGE because it has not been maintained for a long time #2547
Description
We use DFS_IMAGE(rancher/os:v1.11.2-2) to build the initrd base files include xz, iptables, modprobe and so on.
The DFS_IMAGE is built by docker-from-scratch(https://github.com/rancher/docker-from-scratch), it has not been maintainer for a long time.
We need to rebuild with a newer buildroot, and we might add some new busybox applets in the future.
