version 2 of RMANAGER should :

  • work with ROMS and MITgcm (other later maybe)
  • user section will disappear to move to separate project that are user-owned
  • all info for a run should be in its directory (exit runs.archive for all runs)
  • have a setup.py
  • have a namelist generation different for ROMS and MITgcm
  • job script templates different for ROMS and MITgcm
