Add Exfiltration command with notification methods with fragments

Thanks for the PR @rakan-dev. I'm just wondering if fragmentation should be handled specifically within this command/module or if it should be managed automatically based on the C2 channel and whatever maximum throughput it has.

As im not that good in network I implement it in http , i think this implementation is not that and needs work on it but something better than nothing , no i dont think c2 channel will affect how fragments works since i send full object , i think what you mean is adding another layer of fragment above each c2 channel
