update react-native-razorpay to support expo 54

react-native-razorpay currently does not support the latest React Native architecture (used in Expo SDK 54+). This limits developers from integrating Razorpay into modern Expo apps that use the new Fabric renderer and TurboModules. Updating the package would allow full compatibility with the latest React Native ecosystem and Expo-managed workflows.

This issue has persisted for over two years now, and many businesses relying on Expo and Razorpay have already started switching to other payment gateway alternatives. I understand from another discussion that the situation is complex — however, in my case, despite having over 100 dependencies, Razorpay remains the only one preventing me from upgrading for the past year. Because of this, I’m also unable to update several other libraries that now support only the new architecture. I strongly believe this should be treated as a top priority by the Razorpay team. There’s little value in building new features if existing ones become unusable soon, forcing developers to move to alternatives that offer better support.

@vivekshindhe any update on this, its has become a major blocker for us to upgrade the app to the new architecture. Is the Razorpay tech team working on this, or should we look out for other PG integrations, as the library has not been updated for a long time?
