feat: cleaner relative IRI writing

If I have

@base <http://example.org/a/b/c/d> .

</Jesse> a <#Thing> .

Then parsing and re-serialising this will currently result in the first term being serialised as <../../../../Jesse> rather than the cleaner </Jesse>.
