Validate YAML_ARGS to prevent command injection in makefile-lint.yml

As per [PR #184](https://github.com/reactive-firewall/multicast/pull/184), in [this comment](https://github.com/reactive-firewall/multicast/pull/184#discussion_r1849106063), it was suggested to validate `YAML_ARGS` in `.github/workflows/makefile-lint.yml` to prevent command injection. @reactive-firewall requested to open a follow-up issue for this.
