v2.1.x Chore - Add documentation about troubleshooting firewall issues

Gap in Docs
We need to document/mention that the project requires multicast to be allowed by any firewalls to actually work.

This should be trivial, but some users might overlook this if ommited, so should be mentioned for when troubleshooting.
