Short cut command to cache all proxied queries.

Hi folks, is there a way for us to tell the system to cache all supported proxied queries?

Issue created in Slack from a message.

Perhaps something like:

create cache supported from proxied;

Sounds great! Did you have an opinion on whether you want this command to be blocking or async? Async will be a bit more complicated, but either way it would be good to get a plan for implementation before you get started. I'm happy to provide some general guidance if you'd like.

Probably blocking I need to dig into this a little further before I a make a decision. I haven't really looked at the code base yet. Can you give me a good place to start?

Sure. If we look at CREATE CACHE for example, the statement is parsed in nom-sql, then handled in Backend::create_cached_query(), which delegates to NoriaConnector::handle_create_cached_query() which sends the request to the server.

The query is rewritten in the Backend before being sent to the server. On success, we update the QueryStatusCache in the Backend. The Backend is complex, but this command will naturally follow almost all the same logic as CREATE CACHE.
