If nonsolid feature (sketch or subshapebinder) is set to show on top before it is used to create an additive or subtractive feature, it is not possible to toggle show on top of this nonsolid feature after additive or subtractive feature creation, if this nonsolid feature is selected. If nothing is selected, show on top of all objects can be turned off.
