Can't login when no kube context exists #630

@lgrossma

Description

@lgrossma

When no .kube/config file exists, or is empty, the extension shows an error:

Error: Cannot invoke "io.fabric8.kubernetes.api.model.NamedContext.getName()" because return value of "com.redhat.devtools.intellij.common.utils.ConfigHelper.getCurrentContext()" is null
(I think some user friendly message would be better)

While this error exists, I cannot login to any cluster as the login window won't even appear.
