Account creation work only at the second iteration

Environment RHEL10

Creating the account here, raised the following error:

Red Hat SSO redirected worked properly.

User had to click a second time on "Create" to make it work.

(I also had this issue on Mac OS 15.7.3)

I can replicate it, due to having expired sandox. I have a solution for that and can test it with my sandbox.
