Add example script showing how to use the SSCAN iterator to iterate through a set.

Add an example script that shows how to use the SSCAN iterator functionality (see main project README) to retrieve the contents of a Redis set.

Name your file set-scan.js (or .ts if you prefer TypeScript. Name the function containing your code setScan and please pay attention to the guidelines for adding an example to ensure that your contribution can be merged.
