npx create-remix@latest error

Steps to Reproduce

Just choose the following options after running "npx create-remix@latest"

Expected Behavior

No install error

Actual Behavior

Get erro "Error: Cannot find module '/home/dev/.npm/_npx/5164864a48bff686/node_modules/@remix-run/dev/dist/cli/migrate/migrations/convert-to-javascript/transform'" as screenshot above

I've also got the same issue on Windows 11 and macOS Ventura Version 13.0.1 (Intel Core i9).

I had no problem before but now it has errors the same way as coreno-deng issue.
Im using M1 Pro Mac with macOS Ventura 13.1 which recently updated.

Confirmed on Node v16.14.0, running on macOS Ventura

Breakage probably happened in #4572 as 1.8.0 is the version where the error starts popping.

Until this get fixed, you can use npx create-remix@1.7.6 for JavaScript templates.
