This prevent spawning unbound amount of threads and periodically return execution to main thread so docker does not hang.

This prevent spawning unbound amount of threads and periodically return execution to main thread so docker does not hang. Also it now handle KeyboardInterrupt better by cancelling futures that has not been started.
