While participating in the "Labs for Internal (Replicated) Enablement," I encountered an issue at the second step immediately following the login to the Vendor Portal.

Expected Behavior:

According to the instructions provided, users should be able to create a customer license by navigating to Customers > Hola Customer after selecting the "Customers" link on the left side within the Vendor Portal.

Actual Behavior:

Upon following the given instructions to navigate to the "Customers" section to access "Hola Customer," I observed that no customer is listed

Steps to Reproduce:

  • Log in to the Vendor Portal as directed in the lab guide.
  • Click on the "Customers" link on the left-hand navigation pane.
  • Attempt to locate "Hola Customer" under the Customers section as per the lab instructions.

Expected Outcome:

The "Hola Customer" should be visible and accessible under the Customers section for the lab exercise to proceed as intended.

Actual Outcome:

The "Hola Customer" is not present in the Customers section, hindering progress in the lab.

Action Requested:

Investigation and resolution of the missing customer entry in the Vendor Portal during the specified lab step
