I did some force-pushes because I needed to fix the issues in a real environment and didn't want to clutter up the git history. So this PR points to a commit that doesn't exist anymore. However, looks like all those orphaned commits are still listed above. The final git ref is c9d9846 |

Sometimes the
publish-releasescript fails. Could be due to a bad yaml file, or an outdated secret, or some other reason. This PR adds the ability to trigger the release manually.
