Wrong time in tasks

The wrong time is being set when saving a task in the course

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Course Management -> Course Tasks
2. Click on Add Task
3. Fill in the fields. Separately, for the Checker field value, select Cross-Check.
4. While in a different time zone, set the dates and time according to UTC.
5. Click to Save
6. Open the Schedule. Open the schedule. Here you will see that the time differs from what was set due to the time zone difference.

Expected behavior
It is expected that the time set in UTC will be displayed correctly in the schedule as well, even if you are in a different time zone.
