How to add the bot to Channel/Group?

I've been browsing through readme and issues, and couldn't find a description, how to add bot to Telegram Channel/Group, instead of personal chat with bot. So, emails could be delivered to the channel/group.

unfortunately, i am not well enough to find out that myself. Lets see if anyone will do this functionality. Regards.
