Code Review
This pull request correctly branches the mock configurations for Fedora Rawhide into Fedora 44. The configuration files for Fedora 44 are now concrete, Fedora 45 is set to track Rawhide, and the Rawhide version is bumped to 45. The package version and dependencies are also updated accordingly. My only feedback is to add a changelog entry in the spec file to document these changes for the new version.

With the version bump to 44.0, please also add a corresponding entry in the %changelog section to document the changes in this release. This is important for tracking the history of package changes. A typical entry would look like:
* <Date> <Author> <Email> 44.0-1
- branch fedora-44 configs, move rawhide to releasever=45
