ability to turn off transactions

rspec-rails-2 forces transactions around each example - add ability to turn it off

On a further note, I have made a proposal for simulating a transaction log for transaction less databases such as Mongo DB: http://gist.github.com/318350
This is to allow DB to revert back to state before executing each test.

FYI - I added http://github.com/rspec/rspec-core/issues#issue/16. I've got an idea in mind for this and will probably tackle it at the next hack fest.
