@dwightguth, @pdaian: Carried over refactorings from rv-monitor. Now generates a working installer. It still warns when RV-Monitor is missing, but works without it being installed elsewhere since rv-monitor is pulled in as a dependency through maven and installed. |

Requires access to rv-monitor. It works if you have done
mvn installon the root rv-monitor folder. Merging this will have to wait pending RV-Monitor being retrievable from the RV repository.@dwightguth please reveiw when you have time (not urgent).
