Maybe. It's probably just historical baggage. It would be very easy (and I suspect I already did it though I'll have to check) for me to fall back to the Cargo.toml version if the clippy.toml one isn't present. |

Just dropped the
clippy.tomlfile because clippy is smart enough to pick up on the setting in Cargo.toml since rust 1.62.Closes #38
