The Rust All-Hands 2026 will take place as part of RustWeek 2026, which includes a conference and other activities.
Important
The Rust All-Hands is a private event for Rust team members and invited guests only. You are invited if and only if you are a member of #rust-all-hands-2026-private on the Rust Zulip or if you received explicit confirmation of your invitation from Mara.
See all-hands-schedule.pdf in this repository!
For the full schedule of RustWeek 2026, see the RustWeek 2026 website.
The All-Hands takes place on: Thursday 21 May, Friday 22 May, and Saturday 23 May.
The All-Hands will be held at the same venue as last year: DUS, Sophialaan 1, Utrecht, Netherlands.
While we highly recommend biking to the venue, we have also arranged buses to take you to DUS. See https://rustweek.org/bus/ for the bus schedule.
For other options to get there, see: https://2026.rustweek.org/dus/
At the same venue, in the other wing of the same building, there will be a parallel event: an unconference for Rust ecosystem maintainers. This unconference will include rooms for Bevy, the embedded working group, Linebender, GPU programming, ArielOS, and the Safety-Critical Rust Consortium.
Please review our covid policy for the unconf.
TL;DR: Test yourself in the mornings before coming to the All Hands. Free tests are available during all of RustWeek.
See #rust-all-hands-2026 on the Rust Zulip for discussions and detailed info about the All-Hands.
For hotels, logistics, restaurants, and other information only relevant to those attending in person, see #rust-all-hands-2026-private.
If you have any logistical or organizational questions, please reach out to Mara on Zulip!
