Duping #9758 to request publishing cargo-platform, now that my patch #9762 landed, and it doesn't look like cargo-platform 0.1.2 has been published yet.

(I shouldn't have automatically closed #9762, and it seems I don't have permission to reopen #9758).

0.1.2 should be published now.

Just for the future, you can comment on closed issues, there's no need to open a new one. Also, the publish needed to be done manually, so it just takes time since we are volunteers.
