@carols10cents indicated on the Rust Discord (ref) that this repo has out of date information and has not been used by the crates-io or cargo teams for sometime.

Can this repo be archived so that folks, like myself, don't mistakenly think this is still the right place to find information about these teams?

Looking things over, yes lets archive. The only thing active is #47 and it can move to zulip.
