Release 0.1

I'd like to get an 0.1 release out w/ the bug fixes & nightly support. There are a couple of PRs remaining, but I opened this to track.

• fix mpsc::Sender::poll_complete impl #1240
• fix race with dropping mpsc::Receiver #1241

Now we need to publish it :)
