NetBSD archive servers are down

The NetBSD archive servers (https://archive.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD-archive/NetBSD-9.0/) from which we download NetBSD sources on CI have not been working for the past ~24 hours. This means that the dist-x86_64-netbsd CI job cannot rebuild its Docker image.

Right now, it doesn't block CI, because we use a cached Docker image, but in the upcoming days the cache might break, and then this would immediately start blocking our CI if it does not get resolved.

There appears to be an expired certificate involved. I've contected the admins, who will hopefully take care of fixing this. Best regards, - Håvard
