Only documentation I can find for #fmt is "#fmt supports most of the directives that printf supports" from the tutorial. That's hardly adequate: if there are printf directives that #fmt doesn't support they should be listed, if there are #fmt directives that printf doesn't support they should be listed to (e.g. %?).
